Caravan Wheel Nut/Bolt Movement Indicators

caravan wheel nut/bolt movement indicators

A few month ago I read an article about wheel not indicators that you could buy for caravan wheels, but in my opinion they were a bit expensive for what they did. When I have replaced a wheel and tightened it to the required torque, I just draw a line from the centre of the bolt towards the centre of the wheel with a permanent marker as shown in the photograph.  After that, one only has to glance at the wheels to see if any of the nuts/bolts have worked loose.
